IMPORTANT!
Due to an error in the InterMine framework version 0.99, some of the GO annotations were erroneously assigned to the genes in build 20120628. We have now resolved the issue and re-released the production database. The error may have affected all GO-related analysis associated with the previous build, hence, we recommend that the users re-examine all GO-related analysis carried out during this period (2012/6/28 ~ 2012/9/6).
